Uplifters are everywhere!

It’s been another busy week in Uplifter land! We made a whole bunch of new episodes!

I talked to Katie O’Dunne about OCD, healing, and the courage and profound rewards of sharing our whole amazing selves

Kara Cutruzzula of Brass Ring Daily and I talked about her wonderful new boundary-creating journal Do It (Or Don’t). She turned the tables and live-coached me through a major breakthrough on one of my limiting beliefs. I’m committing to you right here, right now, to courageously make progress toward that before we drop her episode on Thanksgiving week.

I interviewed Claudia Castellano about spicy foods, finding purpose in unlikely places, and how she transformed into a Food Rebel. Claudia was nominated by Sarah Dusek, so if you loved that episode, stay tuned for the next chapter.

And finally, I chatted with the absolutely incredible Meera Hardin of the Brown Girl Trending Podcast about choosing to leave the path that she’d spent her life working toward to create a path that is uniquely right for her. Meera was nominated by Sara Axelbaum, so you know the story is gonna be greatness.
