I've been the recipient of Lisa's heart and words for many years and in every single one of our conversations, I hear something that lifts my heart and brings me "up". Her special sparkle to our world is her heart and compassion. I don't have a perfectionism bone in my body or gene in my DNA, but I've watched Lisa's evolve in such a beautiful way. What I'm most grateful for is how she found it in herself. "I'm allowed to be human." She always gave so much of her heart, but now its specialty is compounded because she gives it to herself, too. Aransas and Lisa lifted me so much today. So many nuggets — about us being the sum total of our relationships ... I paraphrased. And learning and healing through community —-and I heard pain transmuting into a path to freedom. Lisa gave me a new perspectives on humility, being humble, and splendidly imperfect . A must listen!
