There are so many wise nuggets in here... but something that really hit home was my understanding of you mentioning this shift in midlife. This amazing thing that is happening alongside all types of chemical and hormonal changes. I've been wondering why the heck I start getting really fidgety around the small-talk. I suddenly feel like I don't know how to interject myself and be part of the conversation. Like I'm always looking for something deeper and when the weather comes up.... I freakin' want to run. It's wild and I can sooooo relate. My internal compass is taking over. Thank you - amazing post!!
