Happy Mindful Monday!
Every Friday I reflect on my goals and progress from the week. Last week, I was sort of stunned to see how far I’d come because all week I’d been feeling blah and vaguely disappointed. But, when I looked back I saw a bunch of things that I’d worked really hard to accomplish, things that I only dreamed of doing months before, things that had been hard and messy, but were now just part of my daily systems.
It reminded me of something a recent guest said about innovation: Yesterday’s delight is tomorrow’s expectation. Oh right! So, this week, what if we spent a little less time pushing and pulling and a little more time celebrating how amazingly far we’ve come? We have learned and grown so much. If that doesn’t arouse delight, I don’t know what does.
Last week’s free workshop was so incredibly powerful that we’ve decided to do it again! If you missed our first session, join us on Thursday 8/31 at 6 PM ET. In one hour, you’ll come away with a new intention for the last quarter of the year and the clarity to move toward it with full energy and motivation.
And if you’re interested in joining our first-ever small-group Uplifter Course, you can read all about it here, or email me at aransas@liveupdaily.com (if you have any questions about any of it.
Paid subscribers, below you’ll find a link to the full one-hour video of my conversation with Gordon Bakoulis from last week’s episode. I’ve admired this woman for so long, and it was nearly impossible to cut her wisdom down to a brief 30 minutes for the audio episode. I hope you find lots of inspiration in this video!
