I know you’re busy, but do you have two minutes? (I’ll assume the answer is yes.)
Take 60 seconds to really check in with yourself right now.
How’s your energy? How are you feeling emotionally? What’s it like to be in your body today? Take it all in, the entirety of how you are right now.
There are so many ways you could use today. But, what’s most right for you, for now?
What is this day best for? Intensity? Ease? Creativity? Screen-time? Offline time? Digging in the dirt? Deep conversation? Time alone? Time together? How can you shift your plans and expectations for today to make them more right for right now?
Uplifter Workshop: Dreaming ➡️ Being
Last Wednesday, Susannah Ludwig and I hosted our first-ever Uplifter Workshop. It really was magic. We called it I said Dreaming ➡️ Being because we see ourselves as dream doulas of sorts. We create safe and courageous spaces for bringing dreams to life.
It was so powerful that I said things out loud that I’ve never said before. It felt really good to own my biggest, most audacious dreams. Just saying them out loud started some powerful alchemy, and already the path toward those dreams is becoming clearer.
