Want to find your purpose?
Want to live your purpose?
Look for a problem that bugs you and do something about it.
Start small, like Kaitlin Johnstone, Founder of Kind Cotton, did. She started out with a goal to get books into the hands of her students. Soon after, she was getting books into the hands of students throughout her school. Before she knew it she was helping kids in her town, her state, her country, and now the whole dang world.
She didn’t know this would happen. She just took a small step to address a problem she saw, and the rest unfolded as a result.
You can do the same thing. What problem do you see? What could be possible if you took one tiny step toward making things better?
Once you do it, let us know by sharing about it and tagging us (@the_uplifters_podcast) on IG, Facebook, or TikTok to be entered to win a Kind Cotton shirt of your choice. We will announce a winner next Friday!

In our next episode, you’ll meet my beautiful friend Tamecka Murray, the founder of I Am My Sister. Tamecka has had a wildly liberating and empowering last few years. After a lifetime spent pouring into other people, she is now pouring into herself. I was so inspired by this conversation, and I can’t wait to share it with you! (Does this sound familiar? I got ahead of myself last week and announced Tamecka’s episode a week early, but all of this love is still true!)
Let’s keep rising higher, together,
