New season, new school, new job, new home.
Messy, disruptive, disorienting. No routines. No well-worn paths.
This is not a time for simple, easy repetition.
It is a time for molding and shaping and getting crystal clear about what matters most, what you want more and less of, and what's right for you right now.
"New" is the perfect time to reimagine, rebuild, and redefine.
But, if we aren't careful, our sweet, ease-loving brains will slide into old patterns.
So, here's your challenge for the week.
What's your "new" right now?
How could you approach or embody this 'new' differently this time around, so that it's better built for the you you are becoming, the life you are creating, and the dreams you are fulfilling?
Is it going to take a little extra attention to build something new? Yep. But, it's a short-term investment for long-term ease. And you're super courageous and super resilient and super strong, so I know you can do hard things.
