Happy Mindful Monday!

Did you listen to Ann Kansfield yet? Can you handle how amazing, funny, and inspiring she is? I could’ve talked to her for another 5 hours. Paid subscribers, if you want more of her, check out our full hour-long conversation below for lots more of her hilarious and wonderful stories.

Ann is a queer protestant female chaplain with ADHD in a largely Catholic, male, and conservative field. There are so many reasons why this might not work out. But, instead, as you heard in our episode, she’s found purpose, inspiration, camaraderie, and joy in this service. Over and over Ann’s stories show us how being true to ourselves, allows us to connect with others at a deep human level. But, gosh, is it tempting to put on masks, to try to look and sound and act in ways that we hope will help us fit in. So, today, for our Mindful Monday Coaching Prompt, I ask you this?

Where and with whom are you less than your full uniquely powerful, wonderful self? What might be possible if you let all of that magic come out and play?
