Happy Humpday!
recently shared these beautiful words:Sometimes our lives and energy are in such desperate need of an overhaul that we have to be willing to allow everything we know to fall away. Yes, it's terrifying and everything in your soul will want to go back to what you know…what you were comfortable with. Surely, knowing something is better than nothing, right?
What if that is wrong?
What if embracing and relying on your willingness actually introduces you to the person you're meant to become and want to be? What if falling apart is the only way to build a stronger, happier you?
I did it. It has not been easy. But everything I have rebuilt and fought through has brought me to exactly the woman I always knew I could be.
I find myself saying, “Wow! That’s a lot!” a lot lately.
It seems like everyone I talk to is going through 10 massive changes at once: The new moms who feel like their identities and lifestyles have been shaken by motherhood; the mid-career women who have been laid off, experienced a breakup, and lost a loved one all at once; and the women in their third acts who are watching with dismay as their minds, bodies, and relationships shift into something new and unfamiliar.
It’s a lot. And it can leave us feeling lost and overwhelmed.
But, it’s also the perfect time to rebuild something entirely new. If you feel like your inner fire could use a nice, hot spark right now, then please join us for a free Uplifter Accelerator session on Friday, August 18 at 3:30 PM ET!
We will walk you through a guided process for creating space for new dreams and moving toward your purpose with full energy and motivation.
