Feeling so grateful today as I share this update on our 10th episode of The Uplifters Podcast, launching this Friday (apparently over 90% of podcasts never make it to episode 10, so I’m taking this as an encouragement to keep going). In it, you’ll meet

There’s so much I love about this book: the simple ways she teaches us through her journey to overcome our blocks and barriers to reconnecting (including how to get past the awkwardness of “Remember me?”, the roadmap she designs for each of us to create our own gratitude journey, and how she helps us find the courage to generously and vulnerably murture our relationships.
