Protect your peace
Your weekly reflection | Uplifter Workshop | Last week's episode with a recovering perfectionist
🌞 Happy Mindful Monday.
Lisa Crozier mentions this artwork in Episode 13 of The Uplifters Podcast. It was created for Burning Man by Ukrainian artist Alexander Milov, as a depiction of our inner and outer conflict.
In my work with 1:1 coaching clients, we often focus on ways to be more true, in our relationships, our work, and in our total self-expression. We’ve found that the only path to true love, true peace, and true self-acceptance is through truth. Go figure. :)
Last week a client had a series of significant breakthroughs in all of her key life domains, simply by sharing more honestly with those around her what she was experiencing and what she needed. Lisa Crozier generously gives us a powerful model of this courageous honesty in our conversation.
If you’re hungry for deeper connection or more inner peace, consider reflecting on this question today:
What am I afraid to say?
(What’s the worst that could happen if you say it? What’s the best that could happen if you were better known and understood?)
