What’s missing?

The best measure of our true priorities is how we spend our time. In episode 28 of The Uplifters Podcast Rola Ghasani reminds us that tracking our time gives us the data we need in order to become intentional designers of our lives. With the worksheet below from her F Method, she invites us to consider what we currently do in key life domains: Fitness, Fun, Finances, Family, and Future, and observe where there might be gaps or imbalances.

How do you spend your day?

Weekly Coaching Prompt

Take a few minutes to consider where you spend your time in key life domains. What do you notice?

Last week in our monthly gathering, Rola walked us through both her F Method and Tapping techniques. I’d tried tapping before, but never really felt the effects until we practiced it together last week. For those who joined us on Zoom, it was so special to share that experience with you. And for those who couldn’t make it, no fret, we recorded it for you. That video, along with bonus content from Rola’s episode of The Uplifters Podcast, is posted below.

Next up: I’m so excited to announce that

Eyvette Jones Johnson
has graciously agreed to teach us some of her breathwork techniques in our next workshop, so mark your calendar for Wednesday, 11/1 5 PM ET, and join us!
