Before we get into it, thank you!!!!
All of you who made the decision to support The Uplifters with a paid subscription last week made me feel so, well… Uplifted. In full transparency: launching a paid subscription was scary. All of my old fears and worries showed up, but then all of you were there to help me push onward. We, dear Uplifters, really, truly, are so much stronger together. More on that here, because I firmly believe that the more we can hear what sly messages these energy suckers use, the more we can recognize them for what they are when they stealthfully creep into our brains and try to slow us down.
Mindful Mondays
Our research shows that the happiest, most productive, empowered, impactful individuals and teams share one big thing in common: Reflection! They look back, learn from what’s working and isn’t, and use those insights to create plans for moving forward. Since you Uplifters are all out there doing for everyone else, it seems extra important to take a few minutes for yourself each week to look back and plan forward. So, each week I’ll post these same three questions here in hopes that seeing them in your inbox weekly will help you make a habit of taking care of yourself and your dreams in this way.
Set a timer for 5 minutes, tune out everyone and everyone else who is vying for your attention right now, write down your answers, and watch what happens next!

Susannah Ludwig, from Episode 7, will co-host this workshop with me. We will guide you through the powerful technique we both used to see our dreams in full-color and turn them into our realities. You will leave with a stronger sense of clarity and focus on your goals, whether they are professional, personal, or relational.
