Happy Mindful Monday, Friends!

In our latest episode of The Uplifters, Sarah Dusek reminded me that extra takes extra. If I want the same, I’ll put the same in. If I want a little, I’ll put a little in. If I want extra, though, I better put in extra. And then, it all ripples out…

If I’m not energized by what I’m doing, nobody else will be either.

But, if I’m all in, others will be too. If I believe, others will too. And as our Uplifter Ambassadors keep teaching us, nothing extraordinary ever happens alone.

So, maybe this can be your weekly reminder to stop doing the things you don’t care about, pack up that extra energy, and reinvest it into something you believe in. What would be possible if you were all in?
