You’re interesting just the way you are.
But, is there a French-speaking poet who bakes croissants and wears a jaunty red beret and lives on a barge inside you? Maybe not that exactly, but what is that vision of yourself that does whatever IT is that you’ve always wanted to do, even if IT doesn’t feel acceptable/responsible/certain?
Are you ready to let IT out? What if you dared yourself to do one of these things this week?
Tell the person who always cheers you on, whatever you do, that you’re doing IT.
Then tell the person whom you most want to see that you’re doing IT.
Change the little bio on your social media to include IT. It’s ok if it doesn’t “make sense” or tell a coherent story, yet. Nobody cares.
Find a place where there are other people doing/being IT and go there as a person who is doing/being IT.
Find or take a picture of you doing/being IT and make that your profile picture (and also put it where you’ll see it every day because you probably need the reminder most of all).
