Happy Fearless Friday, Friends!
🎂 Survey Monkey just reminded me that it’s been three months since I launched the Daily Practice Survey! Over 1000 people have taken a moment to reflect, get clear on the habits and mindsets that are working for and against them, and make plans for moving forward. Research shows that people who reflect daily rate every aspect of their lives higher than those who don’t.
🗓 So, this week, let’s mark this milestone together and look back at the last three months in our own lives using a brand new technique I’ve created for the occasion- with invaluable feedback from the amazing Karen Poel.
📔Pull out your calendar, your journal, or whatever helps you reflect on where you’ve been, then take a stroll down memory lane, remembering the good, bad, and in-between. Then, name your change with these juicy prompts.
