We are what we repeat and that's mostly awesome!

I spend lots of time looking at habits, those daily practices we repeat again and again and again, mostly without paying them any attention. We humans are a big mess of habits. Some are key to our success and some are showing up day after day and unwittingly blocking our path to the places we want to go. Habits are pesky because they're automatically repeated, so it can be tricky to know which ones are lifting us up and which ones are bringing us down. Mindfulness and self-awareness can help us get acquainted with our own habits, so that we can nurture the habits that serve us and replace those that don't. It doesn't have to be some big, intense thing either. It can actually be a fun adventure getting to know ourselves and understanding what lights us up! In this podcast, Heidi Bowman and I go deep on how to do this and why it's so worthwhile to get to know ourselves. It’s part one of a two-part series. I’m so excited to share it with you.
