Are you living for your resume or your eulogy?
Hi friends!
I've asked hundreds of women (and a few awesome men) what it means to them to LiveUp. Here's what it comes down to for most of us: It means being the best, most authentic version of ourselves, so that we can connect deeply with those who matter to us and leave a positive impact. That doesn't happen by accident though. It happens in the little choices we make each day.
In this short TedTalk, Author David Brooks talks about this as the difference between living for our resumes and living for our eulogies. If you're looking for a little Friday inspiration, check it out.
If you're looking for some Saturday inspiration, I'd love to have you join us tomorrow for our first ever LiveUp Lab. We're going to design inspiring and energizing summers for ourselves by reflecting on what really matters to us, planning that into our days and editing out the stuff that gets in the way of our joy and purpose. I'm ridiculously excited about it! You can register here. It's totally free and happens over Zoom, so it's an easy peasy way to do a little Living Up.
So. Much. Love.
