This is such a powerful question and one I find sometimes difficult to answer right away. Last year when my husband was going through chemotherapy, I really struggled with answering this question for myself. I had no idea what kind of support I needed. I thought, "I can do this myself, I'm not the one who is sick, I don't need to ask for help or support." Luckily, a few close friends showed up for me and I was able to see what support would be helpful as each day passed.

Thank you for sharing another powerful, uplifting episode Aransas.
