The only Elena Brower that I know of is a teacher on a DVD called, "AM PM Yoga". I assume they are one in the same. To make my my work better till I may retire I practice this before work.
Years ago I had a blow out on a big truck in front of a boat storage. The owner helped me change the tire. We talked a bit and he could tell I was on a fast unhealthy path/ pace. He said, set your goals low and achieve them". Sage advice! He explained that to me. The daily practice of it was a struggle for me but, well worth it.
I remember making that DVD Conrad... it was about 16 years ago, Malibu! So glad it's serving your practice. Thank you for your kind blessings and insights.

That practice is a pretty radical paradigm shift. I am finally reading Katherine May’s Wintering and it feels right on time.
